We understand that circumstances beyond our control occur and we will be happy to help you. Should you need to reschedule your event, your deposit will be transferred to the new reservation. Should you need to cancel you party, we will refund your deposit in the form of a Hinkle Fun Center gift card. If the cancellation occurs less than 24-hours prior to your party time, only half of the deposit will be refunded in the form of a Hinkle Fun Center gift card.
